Whenever I travel, I always take advantage of the opportunity to visit colleges in the area. I am consistently blown away by the schools and none more so than the University of Glasgow. World renowned and exceptionally gorgeous, this is an institution that will inspire any student! Glasgow is such a fun and vibrant city. This is a school where students can take advantage of all the city has to offer while enjoying a spectacular campus environment.

History of the University


The University of Glasgow was established by a papal bull in 1451, originally located in the city’s High Street. Over centuries, it has evolved into a global center for research and teaching excellence. The main campus, Gilmorehill, is located in the West End of Glasgow and showcases beautiful Gothic architecture, including the iconic University Tower.
