I recently had the opportunity to tour Georgetown University. It had been a while and I was pleased to see that the campus was even more stunning than I remember. The students are engaged, enthusiastic, and looking to change the world. The school has an excellent track record with intership and job placement, and the alumni network is top-notch. DC has endless opportunities to provide this student body. Additionally, this area of Washington DC is filled with amazing restaurants and shops.
History:
Founded: 1789, making it the oldest Catholic and Jesuit university in the U.S.
Location: Washington, D.C., with stunning views of the Potomac River.

Notable Alumni: Includes former President Bill Clinton and Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.
Traditions: The Healy Howl, where students gather at Halloween to howl at the moon, and Georgetown Day, a campus-wide celebration each spring.
Mascot: Jack the Bulldog.
